Jagruti's health clinic offers a range of desperately needed services. These are provided by qualified women physicians, all of whom volunteer their time. The ground floor houses a balwadi or pre-school, as well as the clinic. The second floor is a hostel, home to 40 young women, many of whom have come from rural villages to the city to study. It also provides refuge to women escaping domestic violence. A wide range of programming takes place on the top floor, including health presentations, tailoring classes and counseling.

Most services are free and include:
- Health checkups for pre-schoolers
- Immunization for women and children
- Family planning counseling
- Diagnosis, treatment and medication for community residents (at a nominal cost)
- Anaemia eradication program for women
- DOT centre for tuberculosis
- HIV/AIDS awareness and treatment
- Awareness programs about hygiene; pre- and post-natal care; the environment; alcoholism and drug addiction
- Special medical care for seniors
